How Order Automator Works
Welcome to Order Automator, great to have you here! 😀
This is a quick start guide but the app is also customizable and we're always building new stuff so feel free to dive into the app and if you can't find the functionality you want, let us know.
How it works
Order Automator has a suite of features but the basic workflow is this:
- You enable features and create rules to tell the app what to do
- When new orders come in, Order Automator checks all your enabled features with the Shopify data
- If the data matches your rule / settings, the action is triggered
See a summary of all app features here.
Order Automator rarely has downtime or issues. If something doesn't work as expected it's almost always a misconfiguration. The troubleshooting guide solves most problems instantly, but you can also contact us for help identifying what to adjust.
Options
- We can customize the app + create new features for you, send us your feedback
- You can set a delay on the Dashboard page if you don't want orders processed right away
- Ignore an order from being processed by adding the tag
