How it works

Go to the Thank You Page feature in the app. There you can create a new message and preview it, see your created messages, and check the analytics.

You can show the message on all orders, or if you're on the Unlimited plan or higher you can selectively show it based on the order details.

After you create a message, add the app block to your Theme customizer:

  1. Go to Online Store -> Themes in the Shopify admin
  2. Click Customize
  3. Click the page dropdown and navigate to Checkout, then Thank you
  4. Click the Apps icon in the sidebar
  5. Click the Thank You Message block to add it
  6. Click Save. Now that message will show to customers when they see the Thank You page

Customizing your message

Use text or emojis 🥳  to write your message and see the preview in realtime.

Use markdown syntax to spice up your message

  • Create a link: [Link text here](https://some-url.com)  
  • To make text bold, wrap it in double asterisks:  **this text will be bold**  
  • Insert an image: ![alt text](https://the-image-url  
    • "alt text" can be anything to name the image, it's just for screenreaders
  • Insert an image and set a specific width in pixels by adding |###px  after the alt text
    • Ex:  ![alt text|150px](https://the-image-url  

Rules

Create rules based on the order details to show specific messages to specific customers (available on Unlimited plans and higher).

By using rule conditions the Thank You message will only show when the order details match the conditions.

Example

This would show your Thank You message to US based customers that purchased a product with the type set to eBook.

Analytics

Message views and clicks are tracked to help you see what's getting action.
