Sending emails from your domain

By default, emails are sent from Order Automator App <notifications@orderautomator.com>.

If you're on the Growth or Scale plan, you can can customize the sender name, sender email, and footer message.

Enabling the custom sender feature

  1. Go to Settings > Notification Settings
  2. Submit the sender name, email address, and company address
  3. You'll see DNS records to configure. Log into your domain registrar and add those records
  4. Click Verify DNS Records

It usually takes a minute or for your records to get updated by your domain registrar, but in some cases it could take up to 48 hours.

  • If they don't verify within a few minutes, come back tomorrow and click Verify DNS Records again. If they don't validate again, double check the records were added correctly in your domain registrar DNS settings.
