Testing Orders

You can process or old orders by going to the Batch Process page

  1. Go to the the Process 1 order section in the Batch Process page
  2. Select the rule types you want to process, paste in the order ID, then process that order
  3. A small popup will show when the processing is complete (usually a few seconds)

Troubleshooting tip: If the rule triggers now but did not when the order came in, it means that the order has changed since when Order Automator first processed it.

    • Example: if you have a checkout upsell app that holds orders when they come in, your fulfillment rules would not be able to trigger, so you would need to set a delay in Order Automator Dashboard page to wait until the order is done being edited.
